I have the answer......a very smart person who is now a millionaire I'm sure!!! This clever contraption is called Walking Wings. It helps babies learning to walk by helping them to balance themselves without holding onto the parent's fingers. It is a padded vest that goes around Noah's chest and has adjustable straps for me to hold onto, which means no bending over!!! It is incredibly helpful to Noah who is beginning to learn to walk.
